Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear guidelines on cancellations, eligibility, and refund timelines.

At Chalzo, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be cancelled and how refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

Shipments can be cancelled only before pickup is completed. Once picked up, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment made by user
  • Pickup not completed by courier partner
  • Service failure attributable to Chalzo

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Shipment already picked up or in transit
  • Incorrect details provided by user (address, weight, etc.)
  • RTO (Return to Origin) charges or weight discrepancy charges
  • Wallet recharge amounts

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Wallet Refund

Wallet balance is non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of shipment issue through customer support.
