Welcome to Chalzo. This policy provides information about our shipping services, delivery timelines, and the responsibilities of the parties involved in the logistics process.
Chalzo offers domestic and international shipping services via integrated courier partners. Our network covers thousands of pin codes across India and multiple countries globally.
Estimated delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, service type (Standard/Express), and the pickup and delivery locations. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Most domestic shipments are delivered within 3-7 working days.
Pickup is subject to courier partner availability and serviceability of the origin pin code. Pickup requests should be made through the dashboard, and a pickup agent will be assigned based on the selected courier service.
Real-time tracking is available through the user dashboard for all shipments created via Chalzo. You will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number for every shipment, which can be used to monitor its status from pickup to delivery.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Chalzo and its courier partners will make every effort to minimize delays and keep you informed.
Users must ensure proper and secure packaging of goods to prevent damage during transit. Chalzo is not responsible for any damage or loss caused due to poor or inadequate packaging by the sender.
In case of failed delivery attempts (due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address), shipments may be returned to the origin (RTO). Additional charges for RTO will be applicable and deducted from the user's wallet.
For international shipments, any custom duties, taxes, or additional compliance requirements imposed by the destination country must be fulfilled by the customer or recipient as per local laws.
Claims for loss or damage must be raised within 48 hours of shipment delivery or issue through our customer support. Compensation is subject to the respective courier partner's policies and maximum liability limits.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the user may result in delivery delays, RTO, or additional handling charges. Please ensure all details are verified before creating a shipment.
